I just saw Compagnie Käfig at City Center's Fall for Dance.  Consistent use of the water cups yielded satisfying visual, structural images and underscored the theme, Agwa (by French hip hop choreographer, Mourad Merzouki:

Compagnie Käfig opened Fall for Dance's "International Program."  Other companies that followed included:
